The President announced 73 pardons and 70 commutations early Wednesday.  Several head scratchers mad the list like Lil Wayne and former Mayor of Detroit Kwame Malik Kilpatrick.

There was a lot of speculation that Trump may pardon himself and force the question to the supreme court on whether he had that authority, but there isn’t anything about it in the list.
