Teachers Unions, the Taxpayer’s Purse for the Democrats
The teachers unions have a lot of power in this country. They provide vital services to the Democratic party. I would say that they are one in the same, but the roles of customer and service provider flips back and forth between them depending on the situation.
Say for instance that you need foot soldiers for a protest. Not only will teachers turn out, they will also bring their students along. This not only gives the crowd more numbers, it gives the media a reason to say “Its for the Children.”
Here is an example from their battle with Governor Scott Walker in Wisconsin back in 2011.
Thousands of students walked out of area high schools Wednesday in protest of Gov. Scott Walker’s proposed budget repair bill, which would end collective bargaining rights for most state workers, including teachers.
With a warning to stay out of the street, an estimated 700 to 800 students poured through the doors of La Crosse’s Central High School and lined a block of Losey Boulevard, cheering to honks from passing cars and waving handmade signs proclaiming love for their teachers and invocations to “kill the bill,” which is expected to come before the full Legislature as early as today.
Don’t let the article mislead you. This was not the student’s idea. If you offer a day off to indoctrinated young minds, you have a readymade protest. Here is a youtube video of the students admitting they don’t know why they are there.
Another service they provide is indoctrination. The curriculum that is crammed into their heads of mush is pure wokester garbage. They emphasize that the evil Founding Fathers were simply slaveholders, leaving out the conflicts within the fledgling government at the time. They are taught that Columbus was a genocidal maniac. Most importantly, they are taught that Capitalism is not just and should be abolished in favor of collective economics. They influence the next generation of our society and make efforts to do it in the dark. They don’t want the parents knowing what is going on..
One of the most important services provided to the Democrats is money laundering. I know the term is loaded, but in this case it is legal and right in our faces. Here is how it works. The teachers union takes the students hostage (metaphorically). This needs to be done publicly because on the other side of the bargaining table are Democrats. If word got out that the teachers simply made a demand and the bureaucracy folded, explanations would be needed. Neither side wants that. They have to be seen as making concessions for the good of the students. The real stakeholder, the taxpayer, doesn’t even have a seat at the table.
Now this is the most important part. The politicians know that they get a cut of those funds. They are paying into their own reelection funds when they give the teachers raises. It is in both of their interests to bilk the taxpayer for as much as they can. That is the reason for the public show. Politicians need to be seen as working for their constituents, not their own reelection on the taxpayer’s dime.
