BLM is Quiet Because China Got What It Wanted
I have been looking at the news like everyone else and I wondered where the nightly updates on BLM have gone. We were pounded all summer long about how important black lives were, and then the election happened. After that, silence.
That doesn’t mean that all of the local chapters aren’t still trying to cash in. The media led them to believe that they had a righteous cause and real power. So there are still groups out there trying to get their share of something.
Still, they were successful in many ways. Systemic racism became a thing. I wouldn’t say it is an actual thing because it is defined platitudes and fuzzy feelings. They also got tons of money flowing to different left wing groups around the country. Black Lives Matter turned out to be a front for something called Thousand Currents but who really knows where all of that money went. The local chapters don’t.
So I was left wondering why such a useful tool for the media is not still agitating for the justice they claim is always denied them. I found an article in The Federalist that helps explain a lot. I can’t believe I hadn’t seen it before.
The Black Futures Lab, a venture of Black Lives Matter founder Alicia Garza, is sponsored by the Chinese Progressive Association (CPA), an organization that works with China’s communist government to push its agenda in the United States, according to an investigation by the Heritage Foundation’s Mike Gonzalez.
Gonzalez discovered that the Black Futures Lab donation page explicitly states they are “a fiscally sponsored project of the Chinese Progressive Association,” explaining where donations to Black Futures Lab are funneled.
The website for donations is still up.
The Black Futures Lab transforms Black communities into constituencies that change the way power operates – locally, statewide and nationally. The problems facing our communities are complex – the solutions require experimentation, innovation and political power. We deserve elected officials that represent us, policies that improve our lives, and politics that reflect our lives.
Are you ready to join us?
*Black Futures Lab is a fiscally sponsored project of the Chinese Progressive Association. CPA is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization. Our tax identification number is 23-7404756. This contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
Remember that Alicia Garza is the self proclaimed trained Marxist. I wondered about this CPA group that she is helping to raise money for and found this at Newsmax:
The Chinese Progressive Association has ties to the People’s Republic of China, a country that has had a history of a mistreatment of Black people, the Post reported.
The CPA has been praised by China state media and supported raising the Chinese flag over Boston’s City Hall to celebrate the anniversary of the Communist Party’s takeover of China, according to The Washington Times.
In case you are wondering (like I was), the Chinese have a history of black slaves from Africa as well. The Chinese don’t give their population the freedom of speech that we have, so you aren’t likely to hear about it any time soon.
To wrap this whole thing up we have this headline that was published yesterday at Barrons: “Biden’s Administration Is Patient on China Policy for Now. That’s Making Investors Happy.”
So I think it is safe to say that BLM, a CCP tool, was used to agitate and influence our elections. They were obviously aided by our media that championed their cause. Having served its usefulness for now, they will be quiet until China calls them.
Nice!! I hadn’t seen that.
