News flash, it isn’t against the law to hate. Que the lefty vitriol, “This guy is standing up for haters!” Somebody has to. Why? Because what is going on in someone’s head can’t be sanctioned by the state.
That is why I just don’t understand hate crimes. Does the way someone thinks make something more illegal? No, the law is still broken. If they broke more laws because of hate, charge them with those infractions too. If the same criminal thinks of doing all of those nasty things because of hate, but doesn’t do them, then what?
Hate is just another tool in the arsenal of the left to get what they want. Lets look at the much hated haters that refuse to make cakes for gay weddings.
Phillips describes himself as an artist who uses cakes as “canvas” to express ideas and celebrate events. He has insisted he doesn’t want to do something that goes against his faith. He said the cases against him have directly affected his family and business and he’s faced death threats and harassment.
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Phillips last year in a case where he refused to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding. The high court ruled the Colorado Civil Rights Commission showed “anti-religious bias” when it filed a discrimination charge against Phillips.
This guy is in trouble because of the way he thinks, and the ultra offended society around him has decided to beat those thoughts out of him. What if instead of saying that he doesn’t agree with gay marriage, he said that his leg hurt every time someone asked him to put a big gay cake together? What if he has PTSD from a gay wedding that went bad and he was beat with a cake server shaped like a penis?
I think that no matter the reason, he doesn’t have to make a cake. Whether he refuses to bake a gay one, or one with a swastika, or one that has a fetus as a centerpiece. No one has a right to force his labor. Let alone what he thinks.
This is where the hate mongers come in and pull the emotional arguments. “You can’t discriminate just because of (fill in the blank).” Actually, yes I can. I have that right. The reason does not matter. If you are allowed to force me into work for you, that isn’t freedom, that is slavery. “But you are getting paid to do it” is the next line of attack. Slaves have to be compensated as well. They had to be fed, and cared for at least a little, or they weren’t useful. So I don’t see a difference between the two. If you can force my labor, I am a slave. Whether I am paid or not.
And because now the state is policing thought, those thoughts can be projected onto just about anything. This allows hoaxes to be created and profited from. Jussie Smollet is just one of many. Now its hard to look at any supposed hate crime and not think it is suspicious. But we have been beaten by the hate crowd so much, that people are fired, lives ruined, and reprogramming classes assigned, before realizing that everyone was fooled again. The “hate” needs to be recognized for what it is, just another club to beat people with and get advantage.
Why does it have to be shaped like a penis?
