As I wrote about a few days ago, the UN has moved on from their Agenda 21 plan to assume global governance to a new and hot Agenda 2030. This new agenda consists of 17 Sustainable Development Goals, of which, 11 depend on moving people through nation’s borders. The whole idea seems to be either to move money to the poor people, or move poor people to the money. That is what we have been seeing for the last decade or so. All of the immigrants from Africa and the Middle East, try to get into Europe, and everyone south of the US tries to get here.
Well, the UN is making good on their mission:
United Nations agencies have begun efforts to return asylum seekers currently residing in Mexico under the Trump Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) back to U.S. soil. An estimated 25,000 asylum seekers are eligible for transfer under President Joe Biden’s cancellation of the MPP. The UN received 12,000 applications over a three-day period beginning February 19.
According a United Nations press release, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF), are conducting in-person registration and are performing COVID-19 tests.
I doubt they will stop with people that are already registered. At the root of the UNs global Utopia is tree socialism. They plan to redistribute the wealth of the US to the migrants of the world.
I wonder how far the current regime will take this though. If they don’t manage to get their “election reforms” in place before 2022, then they may not be able to ensure that they stay in power. Moving a ton of illegals into the country is not a popular position among the electorate:
A new Harvard-Harris poll shows overwhelming support for commonsense immigration policies that promote public health, fiscal sustainability and public safety. The poll was conducted on February 26-28th 2020 with 2,592 registered voters.
Among those polled, 79 percent favored an immigration halt during the coronavirus pandemic as opposed to the 21 percent that didn’t. With four out of five voters favoring an immigration pause, voters clearly see that public health security is national security. It’s evident that Americans realize that travel from certain countries should be restricted during outbreaks and that public health inspections should be required of all people traveling to the U.S.
