The culture war has been going on for years. It is often articulated in hyperbole and metaphors resembling actual warfare. The “administration targets” some imagined enemy, or “the war on systemic racism” or some other indefinable boogeyman. But recently the government has decided to wage actual, not metaphorical, war against what it considers its closest enemies, the American people.
The FBI has been very busy rounding up just about everyone it can recognize from facebook videos and selfies around the capitol on January 6th. The charges levied against most are generally overblown, and designed to support the insurrection narrative. Most people were just following the pack and going where the police let them. The prosecutors are now engaged in a slow and very quiet retreat in a lot of those cases. The charges were meant for the initial show, not for actual justice.
Meanwhile, Lunch Bucket Joe is trying to keep the states locked down as much as possible from the president’s desk. His stooge, Dr. Fauci, is happy to go out and disagree with not only the data, but himself, on a daily basis to try and extend the immoral and unconstitutional mandates that we have tolerated so far.
While red states are trying to make sure 2020 can’t happen again with election reform, Joe the creepy uncle, is attacking the efforts as racist and in the mold of Jim Crowe. The majority of main stream networks that have thrown in with the democrats are busy towing the line as well.
This all serves as a distraction from things like the Secretary of State Antony Blinken being taken to the woodshed by the Chinese in Alaska. This was billed as a prize fight of the righteous US against the evil human rights abuser Xi Jinping. But the US walked away with a gimp and no mandate against the horrors of Chinese Communist Party rule.
Joe Biden also made a lot of noise about rejoining the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, also known as the Iran deal. Iran has so far shut down any attempt of the Biden Administration at diplomacy, and continued on its merry way of refining uranium. Its as if they realize, like the Australians do, that Joe isn’t really in charge.
This could only happen in these particular circumstances where US leadership is in doubt, and in the vacuum of moral relativism that the left relies on to maintain power over its own.
So what is left to read among the tea leaves of recent history? The Biden clan is willing and able to push massive change upon its own people, while leaving most of the international community in the status quo put forth by the Trump administration. The crisis at the southern border could be argued to be an international problem, but it really isn’t. Mexico is as reliant upon underpaid labor in the United States as the agriculture sector and Chamber of Commerce are.
The current occupants of the white house see the American People as the only safe adversary. The rest of the chess board is dangerous and can only be engaged at the risk of embarrassment to the “supreme leader” who is really only a figurehead for the democratic party.
When the rest of the world figures out that there is no plan if they step outside of the borders that were enforced by President Trump, only chaos will reign.
