One of the most insane places to be these days has got to be a college campus. I got to college later in life than most. I was already married with a family and about 10 years past my high school graduation when I got there. It was even weird then, but today it must be mind blowing.
One of the terrible truths here is that some of the people that get churned out of those environments are going to be leaders. Officers in the military are chosen from those ranks. Journalists will be molded who can then go on to influence public thinking. Politicians will have already started their careers in student councils and college clubs.
And what have they learned at these esteemed institutions? Hopefully some math, actual history, and maybe a little about the real world. The rest of what is pumped into them is harmful, not only to themselves but to those around them.
Imagine walking onto a meeting where no one knew each other. Then apply the reasoning skills that have been provided to you in exchange for tens of thousands of dollars.
If there was a “diverse” crowd as demanded by today’s standards you could immediately start ranking people by privilege. The catch here is that the most disadvantaged, actually gets top honors. This is not because of anything they have done, this is based strictly on stereotypes. White males are the easiest to rank, dead last. White women, probably named Karen, are next. Then the sticky subject of POC (people of color). Asians are just above them. They can go either way really, because they get accepted to Universities at higher rates so they are almost white. Hispanics are next, followed by Native Americans and finally African Americans are at the top. This can all be figured out without speaking a word.
Now within each category listed above, there are sub categories. A white male doesn’t want to end up completely powerless, so why not introduce themselves as gay? He just jumped from the bottom rung above all of the other white males. The other classes of people can do this as well. It can actually end up in pretty convoluted point system.
What if you have a black, transgender, lesbian in the room? In this system, they are in charge. Each supposed point against them is actually a point in their favor, based on how much victimhood they can claim.
Once again, keep in mind that this is all based on stereotypes. The African American in the room could be Tiger Woods. The white male could have just driven his beat up truck from the trailer park. Absolutely none of it is based on any facts, or reality.
That is what gets us to today.

There you have it. An obviously educated African American woman directing everyone around here because of their skin tones. She has been taught that she is in charge because she has had it the hardest, no matter what the truth is. I wonder how much her plane ticket cost?
