To add to the other empty issues of the culture war, President Biden is said to sign more executive orders dealing with gun control in the coming days. There isn’t really much he can do without acting outside of the law. He may decide to try the Obama tactic of choking off businesses behind the scenes. But in reality, this is just more noise and smoke.

In addition, he has forced other vacuous headlines into the news cycle recently by weighing in on Major League Baseball moving the All Star Game out of Georgia, and encouraging more wokeness from professional athletes.

These intentional fires serve to distract from the fiascos that are happening abroad. International partners and enemies are have been meetings together in Austria to put effort into the failed Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action that was another Obama initiative. Reports are that Russia and China a leading the discussions with the American representative hiding on the sidelines.

At the same time, Russian President Putin continues to build up forces on the border of Ukraine. The misdirection that the Russians are using is that if a civil war resumes in Ukraine, it would threaten Russia’s national security. The civil war that “may” happen would likely be caused by the Russians themselves to justify their entrance into the conflict.

The Kremlin warned on Friday “full-scale military activities” could occur in eastern Ukraine, blaming increased tensions on the Ukrainian government even as Moscow continues massing forces along the border, to the growing concern of Europe and the United States.

This is all happening after the drubbing that the Chinese bestowed on Secretary of State Blinken in Alaska last month. Prior to the elections we were assured that the experience that President Biden had in foreign affairs would make the rest of the world sit and beg before him. Instead, they are treating the United States as a door mat, and ignoring this administration completely.

It makes you wonder what the earth will look like after four years. The rest of the world will have moved on around us, and our energy will have been spent defending ourselves from the racism of the left.
