There isn’t any word on why she did it. In the video,  47-year-old Gail Metwally just lounges in a lawn chair to watch the place burn to the ground. As it was burning neighbors heard someone screaming from inside and helped a lady out of the basement. Four people live there, but two weren’t home at the time.

She was arrested and is charged with “first- and second-degree attempted murder, arson” and a handful of other things. She is being held in custody.
