This is a pretty good example of what the criminal class thinks about laws. They just don’t seem to mind them. And until we learn how to predict the future, police are usually a reactionary force. They find out after the bad things happen, just like we do. So, while passing laws may be good for punishment, and sound bites, they don’t deter people who just don’t follow the rules.

This lady was driving on a suspended license, and was obviously drunk. This happened on a Florida highway somewhere around Tampa. At the time of this accident, Jennifer Carvajal, 24, was on probation from an earlier conviction of DUI manslaughter.

There were three other people in the car with her, and one died. Apparently she was the only one buckled up. She was arrested walking away from the scene. I guess she is lucky that she could walk at all.

The footage is from a dashcam as the trooper caught up with her. He had clocked her little Hyundai going 111 miles-per-hour prior to this happening.
