Just when you think she has slunk off into a life of quiet privilege, Michelle Obama pops out from behind cover to throw another molov cocktail in the race war. Her most recent bomb referenced her daughter and must have come out of some kind of fever dream. Here is what she said, via the Washington Examiner:

“Many of us [black people] still live in fear as we go to the grocery store or walking our dogs or allowing our children to get a license. I mean, just imagine — [my daughters] are driving, but every time they get in a car by themselves, I worry about what assumption is being made by somebody who doesn’t know everything about them,” she said of her daughters, Malia and Sasha, in an interview with CBS News released Friday.

“Maybe they’re playing their music a little loud, maybe somebody sees the back of their head and makes an assumption,” she continued. “I, like so many parents of black kids — the innocent act of getting a license puts fear in our hearts.”

I am going to make a guess here and say that police usually don’t know everything about the people they pull over. But like I said, that is a guess. And what if one of her daughters did get pulled over? She would show her license and then get the treatment of royalty, unlike the rest of us. There could probably be a bong in her lap, and a decapitated head in the passenger seat. We have read about the treatment of Hunter Biden by the cops. The rest of us just aren’t that special.

Michelle is a special case herself. She tosses out these racist grenades fairly often, and the press just treats them as gospel. Let’s not forget the hair raising story she told us about her trip to Target. Its hard to believe she stooped so low to be there in the first place, but then she was subjected to horrors the rest of us just read about. People magazine asked her about her experiences with racism and she dropped this gem:

“I tell this story – I mean, even as the first lady – during that wonderfully publicized trip I took to Target, not highly disguised, the only person who came up to me in the store was a woman who asked me to help her take something off a shelf. Because she didn’t see me as the first lady, she saw me as someone who could help her. Those kinds of things happen in life. So it isn’t anything new.”

Yeah, that will make you lose some sleep. Not surprisingly, she used the same story on a show with letterman, but that time she said she was asked for help because she is taller than most women, not because of racism.

And then there is this still smoldering pinnacle of her racist arson attacks. Remember that she wasn’t proud of her country until they voted for her husband.

“For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country … not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change,” she said. “I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction and just not feeling so alone in my frustration and disappointment.”

Why let go of racism when it is such a useful tool. It helped get the Obamas into power and still helps to insulate them from criticism. You can’t say anything bad about either of them without being accused of racism yourself.

What is remarkable though, is that I think she actually believes that she is being oppressed while sitting in one of her million dollar mansions. If only she could escape.
