This happened on May 8th in Woodlawn Maryland. The police think that Everton Brown first set his house on fire then killed his neighbors. Brown apparently has a history of mental health issues.

It seems like there may have been some political overtones as well. There is a sign on the back of a vehicle that reads “Black People are the tool used to maintain racism.”
